  1. Dems said they prayed he'd run. They said they'd kick his butt real easily on Election Day. They said there's no way he'd win. He's a dream come true for Joe Biden, America was sick of Trump, etc., etc.. So why are they trying to eliminate him on the ballot ?

  8. Oh ok..... So now the Dens are citing the Constitution, the Federalist papers, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe and Thomas Payne, etc.. Meanwhile they're attacking their monuments and tearing down High School names, etc.. When it comes to Trump suddenly Dems become John Adams types.

  11. I read that New York statute was rarely used since the 1970s.* So it appears the law will not always be enforced or that it will only be selectively enforced or on a whim, etc., etc., etc.. "I believe it was used against a trucking company for excessive idling (?)

  14. The SCOTUS will side with me. He won't be disqualified. Until then everyone will have an opinion but the 14th was meant to address a 4 year Civil War. Many Confederates were in Congress prior to 1861, i.e. Davis, Chestnut, etc. and the Union didn't want Lee running for anything either

  15. I think Colorado just ruled in Trump's favor. Will the Dems now cancel those Justices and supplant their logic and ruling with their own ? - Is Dem logic and reasoning on this thread superior to the Courts ? - Will Dems now harass the Courts/Judges out there ? I hope not.
