  3. Basic rights, privileges and freedom of choice, etc.. Obviously some nice people here want to create more mandates, edicts, directives and decrees limiting our God given freedoms. - Nothing in the Constitution restricts our rights to commute/drive.

  4. I respect your right to express your opinion but it is your opinion. I disagree with any EV mandates for the reasons I wrote. - Once you whittle away at one or two freedoms of choice 'for the good of us' that ideation tends to spread elsewhere in life. 🙂

  5. Vehicle and Traffic crimes or criminal offenses aren't the same as Executive Orders. Likewise underage smoking or drinking - Legislatures vote on those laws and ordinances. We have no Caesar. No President ever banned smoking or drunk driving nationwide btw.

  6. If the President wants to ban smoking in the WH/his 4 year residence I'd understand even if the Park Service had a different outlook.
