  2. Gee, maybe they were cynical because the plan was formally announced weeks before the midterms.....or maybe because if there's still a pandemic emergency then why are our borders open .... So - this emergency just springs up when it's politically useful ?

  3. If there was an emergency why not do it immediately after January 20, 2021 ? January 22, 23, 24, etc..... February, March, April, May, ......August, September, December, 2021.... February, 2022, June, 2022, etc. ? No - He wanted the youth/student vote while this was fresh in their minds.
