  2. The Pentagon, NSA and Joint Chiefs were brilliant in a couple strategies so far.... One was keeping the VP traveling and away from D.C. especially at this Defcon level. Second placing her close to Russia(Russians probably won't nuke their own borders/territories, etc.). Third uniting Europe like this. Fourth moving our nuclear subs with great stealth. - Kudos to the Pentagon, State Department and Joint Chiefs. 🇺🇲

  4. We can neutralize 90% of Russia within 1 to 4 hours. Totally. The minute we sense a launch or catch advance warnings it will be done.
