  2. Elderly American citizens are the last people Dems care about. Their chief concern is a fresh new crop of future Dem converts and those are the migrants and refugees. Heck they want 15 and 16 year olds to vote. Besides older Americans tend to be more conservative and settled, etc.. Dems want young revolutionaries and activists.
