  1. These Blue states and cities will go bankrupt. Nearly half of New York City residents are on Medicaid. Approximately 47% of all New Yorkers are on Medicaid. Someone has to pay for this largesse. Blue states are buying future populations and voters. The middle class is exiting quickly.
