  3. @ JG. I don't know about that but the barbers, hairdressers, waitresses, waiters, landscapers, care givers, etc. - the cash people haven't. The wealthy/non wealthy only pay on wages up to 149k(?) so why cheat (?) They normally make 5 million and up.
