Judge Jackson may be a nice person and yes she probably does know what a woman is however if she's intimidated from defining a woman in public then can she likewise be intimidated or cower from making tough, legal and fair decisions from the Bench of the highest court in the land ? (Assuming she's purposely refraining from defining a woman).

Will the Judge next say she can't define a boy or girl ? Is she subliminally and/or blatantly a hostage of a Left wing philosophy/the Disney philosophy ?

..... She could have answered 'a woman is a biologically defined woman and whatever the laws of modern science and medicine would allow now or in the future.... - But she wasn't quick on her feet, etc..

@eileencook5757 Comment of the week here EC. Succinct and to the point. Again if she's afraid to offend she shouldn't be a judge. Someone has to rule on matters objectively.
