This is disgraceful. I agree with Mark Levin - do a Writ to the Supreme Court of the United States(SCOTUS) as in Bush v. Gore. Period. πΊπ²

Not necessarily. We'll see though. Normally you're right but this is precedent setting and Federal Election stuff and comingling of laws and prior to an election, etc., etc., etc..

We'll see. Interference with a Federal election And convicting Trump on a Federal piggy back basis, etc.. Brown vs. Board of Education was also a state matter originally. Death sentences are often state matters. Bush v. Gore was a state matter.

You can't have it both ways. You can't prosecute Federal issues but then argue the Feds can't intervene, etc., etc.. You can't have your cake and eat it too. The D.A. argued Trump acted with intent to affect a Federal Election. You can't argue there's no immediate harm.

Why argue, we'll see soon enough. A Writ will either be granted or denied. Why so serious (?). Why are doubters so afraid (?) Even Marbury v. Madison was new law at the time and voided part of the Judiciary Law(section 13). - We'll see in 30 days I surmise.
