  1. Listerine full strength twice a day also. And stay away from strange looking people. Replace your tooth brushes once a month and use plastic disposable cups in the bathroom. Wash your pillow cases often and add Clorox bleach.... ..... These are my unscientific recommendations....

  3. Yes a nurse in France also told me to use Vitamin D. She takes a lot of it. I prefer ice cream/sundaes tho(milk-vit D). Tho that will make one morbidly obese.
