  1. The past few weeks Dems have done more to help Donald Trump than to hurt him. Did they panic ? Did they lose perspective ? Did they just 'go for the moment ? Jack Smith made 2 preemptive moves which backfired humongously and he may have tainted the entire jury pool and lead to a change in venue.

  2. To try to stop an accused from presenting his story - in advance of a trial is nearly unheard of. Mr. Smith preemptively usurped the role of Judge and Jury - before the jury was even selected. Those are issues of credibility to be determined at the time of a trial. ✅ This may be grounds for reversal.
