  1. You shouldn't be giving anything to any voter waiting in line. Food and water is something of value. Also it could be considered politicking especially within a block of the polling place.

  2. You shouldn't approach anyone near a polling place unless you're a public official performing your job. Obviously you're approaching them on purpose on a specific day knowing they're about to vote with something of value(food, mask, water, cash, gift cards, free passes, etc., etc.).

  5. Disorderly conduct, obstruction, possibly trespass, failure to obey police officer directive, etc.. Maybe some people should read their laws better.

  6. Each state is different. I don't know Georgia law. But a person can be arrested on a misdemeanor generally, trespass, assault, resisting, obstructing, mayhem, failure to follow a police officer's request, inciting, DWI, reckless driving, BWI, criminal mischief, petty larceny, etc..
