You do understand that the donators are free to give the hair or not? As far as taxes. Well, that’s a whole other ball of wax. If they use it to help people, fine. If not, not fine.

@aleenaprasannan2146 while I’m not a fan of taxes in general, selling hair is no different than getting cash donations. End of the day, it doesn’t matter how they get the money. It’s how they use it. Do you really not understand that? Please explain to me, how you can possibly think, that money donated is some how different than money made from Selling hair donated. It’s literally the same in the end! The church temple gets money. Every church or temple is a business anyways.

Go ahead and buy it then. Fair price means nothing. It means whatever someone wants it to mean. No one forced them to sell it. No one forced them to grow it.

@saanvig8228 when people donate money (as mentioned. The box is change), they receive a receipt, so they can claim it on their taxes. So you honestly believe otherwise?

@pugdad2555 it doesn’t matter how much the hair is worth. Clearly it’s worth whatever the person is willing to sell it for . The final cost means nothing. They could just completely not mention any final cost at all. Would that make you feel better?
