  1. I tell people to always look at what the US government spends their money on. Borrowing money to drop bombs in the desert for 20 years is mismanagement. The people bitching about about paying their fair share need to fix the spending first before asking for more. Criticizing others for not wanting to deal with that BS is stupid.

  2. Some people move for lower cost of living. Places in Mexico are expat retirement towns. There has been talk of allowing Medicare to pay for foreign medical care to incentivize retirees to live in cheaper places to keep Medicare solvent.
