Judge Marchon did not allow a venue change. The entire jury pool is biased. The jury instructions were unconstitutional because they could not agree on the actual underlying crime and the decision was not unanimous ( ie beyond reasonable doubt). If the appeals court judges rule with the same bias as the jury, then all credibility of the court will be gone. The higher courts were the last institutions against the leftist insanity and they risk irreversible damage to their legitimacy if they do not do their jobs according to the rule of law.
