  1. This is a good thing, not a bad thing, especially for black students. They do not rack up tens of thousands in debt for potentially dropping out. There will be less useless degrees issued. If college is still the goal, do it on the cheap starting with community college and work your way into a university while working. Or go into the trades at their local community college.
