  5. I am not sure the divorce is the issue. It is feminism injecting lunatic ideas into women. If women think they can do anything a man can do because they are strong and independent, then they will resent their spouse as useless. The real reform should be in family court where men should not be discriminated against in judgements.

  6. South Korea is a unique case. The jobs are clustered in Seoul. This is why housing prices are astronomical. There is plenty of land in South Korea, but everyone wants to be in the city. The SK government started a new city south of Seoul and it is mainly government jobs for now. The birth rate in that city is close to 1.0 as opposed to the 0.7 in Seoul. SK needs to decentralize its economy to spread the jobs around the country if they want to increase the birth rate.

  7. We never adjusted our expectations of the future with the advancements in medical science. Pensions and the US social security system were never designed to pay out for decades past retirement. This is basically robbing the younger generation to support the elderly.
