  1. I can see the good and bad of such a system. It can act as a deterrent for some crazy behavior like that grandparent that thought letting their grandson shit in the aisle of a plane was a good idea. Howver, anyone trying to reform their life is going to have one hell of a time digging their way out if they are effectively locked out of opportunities.
