  1. My first question is who these business owners voted for. If they voted for politicians that supported BLM, defund the police, no cash bail or any progressive nonsense, their case needs to be thrown out with prejudice.

I seem to remember a Constitutional amendment explaining the people have the inalienable right to have the tools to maintain a free society for use against tyrannical governments and that it was not to be infringed by the government. Too bad the voters voted their right away. They can combat their government with harsh language like the Colonial marines in a Xenomorph nest.
