  18. Remember that Gavin Newsom was the Mayor of San Francisco, one of two cities in California that is ground zero for the homeless problem. He could not solve homelessness in San Francisco when he was mayor. He sure as hell will not solve the problem as governor. The solution is to stop approving building permits for new office space unless the proposal accompanies equal number of housing to accommodate the incremental jobs created from the new office space. Democrats think jobs and tax revenue operate in a linear fashion without limits. Clearly there are consequences such as increased home costs leading to increased homelessness. The federal government needs to stop talking and start intervening. Los Angeles already has bubonic plague and staph infections within their homeless population. It has become a public health problem.

  26.  @michaelself8543  You are confusing a driver's license with an ID. They are two completely separate things. A DL can be an ID, but an ID card might not allow a person to drive an auto or truck. The ID is free. They are for people that do not need to operate a motor vehicle.
