  1. If China does invade Russia, it needs to go all the way to the Arctic. Nukes will fly regardless and the Urals is a natural stopping point along with the Arctic Ocean. If I were China, I would offer Japan the Kuril Islands in exchange for their assistance. This would defacto drag in the US on China's side. Controlling one side of the Bering Strait to the Northwest passage would be a bonus. To avoid any reason for Russian invasion in the future, I can see China expelling all caucasian looking Russians from the conquered areas.
