South Korea proved this formula works when they created a new city outside of Seoul and moved many government workers there. The space improved birth rates.

  3. Remember the US and Russia controls each control one side of the Bering Strait which is one of the entry points to the Arctic. Greenland sits at the junction of the other entrance / exit. If Greenland was so full of resources, why has the Danish not used it to its full potential? If they are not, then the criticism of them sitting idlely by is valid.
