Per CNN, the charges are asking Georgia officials to find 11k votes, requesting a legislative special session and appointing fake electors from the local Republican party office. 2 and 3 are actually legal under Georgia election rules. 3 is a moot point if Trump did not win that state. 1 would depend on the context of the request. Did he say he only needs 11k votes to win and request a count or wait until all ballots are in? Did he say go fabricate 11k votes? This sounds like the Ukraine phone conversation all over again.
