@rohitaug Consumers already pay the corporations' taxes. It is built into every items' markup.

@rohitaug I am simply pointing out that taxes are already part of a merchandise markup and to dismiss the VAT for objections of companies passing on taxes is silly. Nowhere did I bring up removing corporate taxes. You suggested it.

@rohitaug That is exactly what I am saying. This concept is not new. Just look at any company's financials an you will see your answer. Our money, their sales, flows down and the government takes their share. Our employers pay our salaries and the government takes their share.
