  1. I’m genuinely baffled. The only response to this book twaddle is ‘get lost’. Has nobody told these idiots how unimportant it is? I am beside myself with anger. As soon as the phrase ‘community leaders’ is dragged out of the trash bin, I feel utterly sick.
