  1. The insanity of quasi-intellectuals is clear to all except themselves. Peter, your argument is fairly straightforward and, for us free thinkers, easy to understand. After many dreadful years trying to be a ‘socialist’ in a moral sense, - treating people fairly - the Labour Party became increasingly repugnant in its views, especially under ‘Corbyn’. I ‘lent’ my vote to the Conservatives and, I’m happy to say, my MP Chris Green, is one of the few with independent thought; the rest leave much to be desired and, I regret to say, have become unelectable. This latest abhorrence is just another nail in the coffin of ‘parliament’ as I see it.
