  1. they could, or should they try again, all that garbage though, all of that first, maybe to the deepest ocean. The buildings remain of stone wood and steel, to make better foundations. Streets like aqudects, and let the earth take its time in its foundations, for the buildings 6- stories tall, can remain. But, how long will the sea rise? I already have, let the oceans in but calm them, clean your messes before they become your coastlines, kinda neat transportation as well. Some will stay until they cannot. Waffle
