I mean, form and repetition is good, but your indoors, no fuzzy friends, no green friends, gotta have swift moving waters. Find a core, find a self, find a normal, you can let your mind be as quiet as it could be, or you can think of anything at all. But strongly and in form. Soon even a leaf, or a random squirrel or the licking affection of your fuzzy one will have all the answers you already have.
