  1. You failed to see the potential, because you did not premise them, and you have such things you have seen does work, every city has ghost parking lots, and so many you can grant 2 spaces. Construction fencing, 2 portys 2 sinks, some camp benches maybe a solar awning for the usb charge. and a dumpster, a hefty table for expiring foods, and donations. Same respect and care as family camping, at a campsite.
