Calculate the volume of a cylinder with those measurements, and a cylinder with a diameter of 7.5 m, subtract to get the volume of water. I get 440 tons.

The Apollo missions took 1-2 weeks. A Mars trip takes 6 months. The difference means we could ignore radiation issues for the Moon missions, but can't for missions to Mars.

As usual, you are arguing from a lack of knowledge. Radiation is a problem for months-long missions to e.g. Mars, not a one-week trip to the moon. The van Allen belts are lethal if you put a spacecraft in the center of the belts for a week. The Apollo crews crossed the entire belts in 3 hours.
