  2. Agreed. At the end of it all though, the only thing Stewart was guilty of was misuse of the telephone. Impersonation of a cop is a long stretch since this was all by phone. Reality is, those at the store were the ones who proceeded to do what they did. Stewart's charges basically got overshadowed by the gullibility of those at that McDonald's.
