  9. I think ppl are confused about the word progressive. A progressive can be left right or center because a true progressive doesn't have any political affiliation. A true progressive runs as an independent because their main focus is about making progress hence the word progressive.

He's center left because when it comes to finances he's fiscally conservative but when it comes to social issues he's liberal. Bernie is a capitalist so he doesn't want to end capitalism he just wants to expand social welfare programs and raise minimum wages to $15/hr so he's far from a Marxist.
