I hope everyone realize that this is just another way for the government to give trillions of dollars to wall street since the big banks own the student debt right?

@akuroakum8955 paying off the student debt for everyone just puts those trillions in the bank accounts of the wealthy so nothing really changes.

@justmejo9008 dude think for a minute nothing is free. Colleges are for profit organizations they do nothing for free the only difference is the student won't have to pay the debt which is a plus but the big banks aka wall street still gets trillions from the government on your behalf. Even with a degree ppl are still having trouble finding work so like i just said it doesn't really fix anything. Its just now the banks will get that money straight from the government rather than having to wait on poor ppl to pay it back at a slower rate.
