  13.  @QDibieYT  in this case it's not up to the ppl. The national debt will always go up and down no matter who's president. That debt is also connected to the currency so with america having the highest debt the dollar is getting closer to crashing. The only countries that don't have debt is the undeveloped countries in Africa except Nigeria but they have more money than they have debt.
