jerry flounders the problem is the millennial generation wants to live in the big city but it's very expensive to live there. Of course NYC is gonna be expensive because it's the mecca of wall street so what do ppl expect? San Francisco homeless rate has gone up because wealthy ppl are buying up property and raising the rent so poor ppl are forced to move to the south where it's cheaper.
