the city doesnt have MONEY to pay lee because all businesses FLED and there's only welfare queens and drug dealers left in Chicago. That's what you guys dont get. Money doesnt grow on trees.

@nickbarone4221 Yeah but my friend, the problem is that even the jobs in Asia right now are being delocalized to even poorer countries like bangladesh or just DISAPPEAR because of further mechanization. And I agree that the solution is re-education and re-rtraining, but for older people, it's impossible to retrain them, especially if they dont have good education. Also the job market can absorb just a certain number of skilled worker of one type, until it's saturated. I really dont see a solution for this, I think that we will see 2 cathegories of people. Skilled workers who live well and unskilled people who'll live under the povertty line and forma sub class, like we see today in Europe with natvie skilled workers vs unskilled immigrants, who grow up poor, stay poor and live in small ghettos
