  2.  @zzzzzz3708  I’d pay the fine if they caught me. You could do small barrels, or small bowls connected with water lines - how would they know , put bird seeds in the middle of the bowls and call it a bird bath 😂😂 Sometimes you just have to get creative

He said the entire neighborhood would be barley!! 🤪 oh well But the bad part about that is if your neighbor uses fertilizer or other stuff it will run off in your yard
