The ”referendum” is only a joke. It is valid for whole oblasts but without voting in capital like Saporischschja. 😳 The inhabitants there are now Russian citizen 🤔 Also in Kramatorsk... crazy Iwan. Why not voting in Donezk for all Ukraine? Referendum in general has to follow rules of Ukrainian constitution. In General in a democratic country with constitution and human rights and respect for rights of minorities (no murderer or violently repression against Russians) no area like Donbas with 60 % Ukrainian people (2013) can make a unofficial referendum to separate the region using violence and destroying all elected regional parliaments. But to be sure, Ukraine should make own referendum 😊

Selenskyi should start referendum in Lyman and Kramatorsk. And Kharkiv. And should speak more about some topics for better understanding situation in Germany. - we will send all oligarchs to hell and nationalize all natural resources and key industries. To become member of EU with no corruption. - we will deliver all needed gas to Europe next decades because of big y Ukrainian gas reserves in Donbas - no nukes will arrive. Budapest memorandum 1994. And we could destroy Russian nuclear power plants.... I miss such claims of Ukraine. Help and support from Germany would be greater with such statements

@quintrankid8045 they can make it. Because there is a central Gouvernement in Moscow, a dictator against democracy and human rights. But now there are maybe to many Russians living to make successful referendum against Russia... every case is different and needs it‘s own answers.

@MikeAG333 I agree. But the local newspaper could organise in free Donbas cities like Kramatorsk or cities like Kharkiv and Saporischschja or in freed cities like soon Lyman such asking of people. Unofficial votings. To show the world the reality.
