The blunder is ignoring statistical data and devolving into name calling. Let the man being interviewed site his statistical data and you provide your sides data. Clearly if pierce can research this man's personal life and vent his personal relations on air then surely that research time would have been better served providing data that proved his point. Ah but that is right there is no data that proves a gender pay gap as that is illegal in this modern economy.
