  1. I'm a a Christian and do not think that a person should be jailed for speaking against religion. There have always been those who speak against faith in God. Blasphemy laws can just as well be used against religious people as well as non religious. So lets not have blasphemy laws we cannot tolerate a centralized government that makes establishment of religion. For if you disagree with the governments idea of religion you would be in jail. The constitution forbids government establishment religion and allows the free exercise of belief. That is how it should be. You are not free if you are not allowed to have your own beliefs.
