Ok there is categories of language that can be labeled incitement to riot. What is called constituting fighting words. It is part of disturbing the peace laws. The reason its called disturbing the peace is the individual is engaged in starting physical confrontation with an individual or group. It isnt political correctness at that point it is about preventing fights that lead to people being injuredcand possibly deleted. What isnt acceptable is when the policticians use this concept as a shield to hide behind tomshutdown valid criticisms about their policies.
