  1. We lost a good worker in the plant I work in he was passed over for promotion to a black woman. He is a black man with years of experience in the department in question and she has zero experience. Apparently she covers all the diversity and inclusion bench marks but Freddie doesn't. His last day is tomorrow and he will be working for a competitor as a supervisor. We lost a skilled, experienced, and capable leader who has proven himself so to justify a token promotion that proves we aren't misogynistic. I wish this ruling happened a month ago. I'll miss Freddie hope he is successful in his new posting. That is the dark side of affirmative action. Skin color and gender have nothing to do with qualifictions.
