This is exciting. Not unlike the creation of new schools of thought. Interesting to see something being made from a ground up genesis.

Don't forget to ask them to define their terms. Tell them clarify what they mean by problematic for example. Once you have got them to clarify problematic then ask them why is this problematic. Don't make the mistake of trying to convert them to your side. Just make them face the scrutiny of their ideas and beliefs. That will not only shut down their unearned moral superiority but force them to confront reality. Now there will be two things that an ideologue will do when this starts one they will flee or they maybe forced to confront logical fallacies in their stances.

Actually, they are discussing the psychology and pathology of the politics of this time. I think both sides are shoving ideology over a majority of people who are neither. I as an independent believe in classical liberal view. I wish to preserve ideas of individual liberty. With liberty comes responsibility. We need these conversations. Without understanding the forces driving society how can you be able to discuss psyvhology?

Very thorough critique Doctor. Yet I see this as a veiled appeal to the uninformed. Will they listen to others or retreat to their safe space upon hearing criticism of their views?

What would be really great is if Dr. Peterson was allowed to produce a talk show on radio or TV with complete academic and creative freedom with guests like Dr. Sanders. It would really be something to see. I think people would love this kind of candor and straight forward analysis. Plus side is no one was trying to push a singular narrative. There is too much of that on issues in media today.

We are not called to save the world. We are called to call the unrighteous to repentance. If you seek to change the world. Know you will change before it does. There is no greater sadness than when you look in the eyes of a stranger and it is your reflection.

How can anyone not see that the freedoms we enjoy are literally hanging in the balance. Credit, Banking, business in general should be neutral ground. Who gives a damn about subjective moral virtue signalling? This is just bullshit. I dont give a damn if a lefty communist buys my cup cakes nor do I care if a die hard racist pig buys my cup cakes. It's freaking money and thats all I care about. The visit my stall, store, or business fine come right up I only want your cash. if you don't want my services then dont buy them. I'll do business with anyone that wants to do business with me. I could care less about their stance on anything. Jesus If I had the capital I'd give these virtue signalling bastards a run for their money. I'd make a bank, credit card that would be open to anyone that hasn't broken the law. Anyone that worked for me that tried deplatforming anyone that hasn't broken the law would be immediately terminated. There would be no diversity council as there is no need for one. We are open to anyone that wishes to buy sell or trade using our services. We'd only care about the damn money!

Very nice Convo. These two are my favorite intellectuals on YouTube.

Reading through the comments and seeing the amount of positive feed back is astounding. This man who only wanted to teach and make sense of this world through a humble desire to find some truth and how this man churned a shit storm just by being earnest and sincere.

@afortin251 Yes antitrans rhetoric. So taking impressionable young children and convincing them they were born I the wrong body. Convincing them they need puberty blockers to stop their natural development and destroy their lives and any opportunity to have children of their own someday is pro Trans? It's disgusting and shameful child abuse.

Thank you Dr. Peterson for another good talk. You've made a number of good observation worthy of consideration.

Thank you Dr. Peterson for a good talk. I appreciate you for your honesty and candor. I'm going to purchase your book soon and give it a thorough reading. I do sometimes devalue myself to a great degree and that does tend to spill over in my interactions with others. I'm working on that and I'm determined to get better.
