Ukirainian claims imho are untrustworthy. Take whatever they claim with a pinch of salt.

The whole reason this is such disaster for Ukiraine is instead of targeting gathering assault groups with the ATACAMS and Storm Shadows they insist on pr stunts. There is absolutely no strategy in the defense of the lines east and south of line of combat contact. PR stunts do little good against a determined enemy with a strategy and sounds tactics to implement it.

They have been drone and missle striking the for weeks. The reason Zelensky keeps begging for antiaircraft systems is so many of these systems have been destroyed in bombings.

@scallen3841 Actually, they are that ill informed. One correction Victor Orban of Hungary attempted to negotiate a truce or Christmas. Orban should be given the credit for this attempt. All too often he is framed as pro Russia. Reality he is trying to gain stability through diplomacy. I believe true stability can only be achieved through diplomacy as well.

@scallen3841 I as well. You need not support anyone. As a human being we should promote peace not war. Those who wish conflict aren't considering the outcome. A negotiated peace means lives spared in fruitless warfare. Those lives can build a future where warfare is not necessary. Far too many have been propagandized. The ineptitude of leadership in the US and NATO that has allowed corruption and a desire to pillage not trade. Strife is preferable to cooperation. The love of money has undone them. The lust for power has seared their conscience. The saddest part of all is the Ukirainian people are victims of a corrupt regime and a wicked war mongering Europe who want it all but seek to have it through bloodshed.

Problem is people are spoon fed lies and halve truths in the west. The old guard want to continue with wars and power plays. They use junk like woke politics and carbon foot prints to distract the masses.

@scallen3841 Yes they claim many things. The reality is Kherson has been hammered by bombs for a while now. Yes the west publishing the claims of the Ukiraine SBU. Russia has knocked out most of the power infrastructure and many logistics points through the use of hypersonic. The claim by the Ukirainian SBU is most Russian missles are intercepted. If this is so then why are so many ukirainian homes without heat? Why does Ukirainian military need brand new patriots? They aren't asking for just munitions but the entire patriot system. I understand your frustration. I am neither on the side of Russia or Ukiraine. Frankly I wish the US my home country would just cut ties to this mess. Essentially my countries government destroyed Ukiraine. For that I am saddened for the people but the silver lining is perhaps this catastrophic failure will also consume the architects of this mess.
