@14megasxlr I wouldn't call it conceited behavior. He won't tolerate nonsense. He argues with facts and statistics. They come at him with anecdotal unprovable arguments. If there is a case you wish to cite as a example of your point. Why not cite the case. Who has the patience for the trust me brother argumentation many employ.

@eb2681 The problem with that is he desires to be on a morally superior position. That was dismantled here. Two wrongs don't make a right. If hecwas truly morally superior then you would admit violence to assert political dominance is wrong.

NDA is not enforceable if the NDA is to conceal criminal acts. Anything that is contrary to public interest such as criminal activity, health and safety, intention deception of the aforementioned nullify the contractual obligation under a NDA.

@Bard333 It isn't hateful to repudiate anecdotal, hypothetical, and unproven arguments. If you have a actual case to make then argue with a known case that illustrates your point. I am not being hateful to disregard a trust me bro argument. Give me a actual documented situation we can discuss. Otherwise we end up in a circular reasoning argument fueled by what about isms, and shifting goal posts. This isn't suitable for a rational and productive conversation.

The weaponization of our justice system to go after political foes is completely something totalitarians would do. The things he was charged with were accepted fiduciary practices until Trump did them. Seriously I have warned people the justice system wasnt designed to be a weapon. If you cant trust courts to adjudicate cases impartially. We are even closer to a civilmwar.

@Kian139 A scientific experiment and study is only as good as the rigorous peer review. What is concerning is that all too often we see institutes and research fellows are loathe to go after a study from the skeptic mindset for fear of being labeled a climate change denier and have your funding cut and being denied grants. That is a bit unsettling.
2
@MidnightBaby-hb3lj You are now being disingenuous. Peer review is testing the validity of the research and its conclusion. Do the facts support the claims made by a theoretical hypothesis. While it can produce another hypothesis that is a by product. The main goal is to see if the experiment, data, and research support the claim. Is the hypothesis true? That is the point of peer review. To stray from that would render the academic review meaningless.
2
It should be required but that conflicts with the narratives. A educated and critical thinking population isn't easy to misdirect and fooled.
2
This is a classic example of goal post moving.
2
@elijahhayter3026 A goal is achieved such as elimination of the problem policy. Oh but that isn't enough. There is bigotry ingrained in the system alas we must press on even though we have achieved the goal there must be ever more done it is still so racist.
2
@Kian139 You approach peer review the same way you would any experiment or research. You do so with a skeptical mindset. People believe skepticism means you will begin with a contrarian view point. No not in the slightest. You review the data you perform the experiments and run the data without any bias. That is not happening. They begin with a thesis and attempt to cherry pick results and data. That isn't science. You follow the evidence to its final conclusion. Smh in the end you end up with theories and research that activists, politicians, and bureaucrats want to hear. That is dangerous.
1
@JimmyDThing Nope they didn't. That is what is termed as pseudo science. No serious academic and researcher then or now would have considered that scientific advancement. Also thank you for bringing up eugenics. As it makes our point about why politics shouldn't drive science. :) Not as smart a contrapoint as you thought on that one.
1
@JimmyDThing My remarks were made to individuals who tried to equate wanting rigorous peer review of scientific theories and hypothesis as the same as phrenology and eugenics as acceptable scientific disciplines. That is a strawman. Context matters and viewing claims made with critical interrogation is the core of scientific approach.
1
@JimmyDThing Here is the problem. We're did I cite any of what you said? I have for every post said, "Scientific study must be approached from a critical and skeptical approach" In order for the study to be valid. Peer reviews are a part of that process. The citations are only as good as the validity and the critical interrogation. I have been consistent in my remarks on this point. To claim otherwise is disingenuous and strawman my statement and position. Keep that in mind.
1
@MidnightBaby-hb3lj All those names you listed had peer review. It has been a part of scientific study since the 1600s. To claim otherwise is disingenuous..
1
@Kian139 No such fallacy. Science must be examined rigorously to prove its veracity. Theories untested and unverified leads to junk science. Challenging preconceived notions is needed and required for progress. For you to say otherwise is for you to assume that your ideas and beliefs are too sacred for cross examination. If you truly believe that science should have a sacred cow mindset you are regressive not progressive. Also at no time did I invoke a politician or even say what my political views were in this discussion. So nice try. I will leave politics were it belongs in the dumpster.

She won't be taken care of. LOL she failed and if she was smart she will disappear. The people she works for look at her as disposable. In their mind you are useful till you aren't. Just another loose end that will be cleaned up in time.

I never even seen a mrbeast video. If he's scamming why not turn it over to the feds?

@kentakayanagi2084 Basically these people would have you believe there are still Jim crow laws. There are millions of white supremacists in every US city. Atthispoint it's laughable. The same thing with transgenders experiencing violence. What they don't tell you is they are into prostitution. Surprise and shocker putting yourself into a dangerous position can land you into a violent situation. Who knew?
1
Provoke a person to think. Is your sacred cow ideas beyond challenge? There is male and female for mamals llike us this is the only means of reproduction. To deny this is the beginning of extinction.

Warren I had never seen your videos before. I am glad you are truly a fresh breath of air. Keep reasoning and thinking. Thank you for being open and honest about how you feel. We cannot be guided by emotion we must be guided by logicand sound judgement. Good video. 👍

I am 51 years old. Remember when the somcalled religious right and their stab at political correctness. I am a bible believing Christian and I resisted that with every fiber of my being. We must have a discourse that is open and honest. Otherwise freedom of speech ceases to have meaning. I would also say that all too often that politicians on the left seek. To hide behind minorities both racial and sexuality to avoid criticism of their policies.
