The same class action law suit can be used to also address the treatment of its customers for speaking out against this issue. He can stand against this all he wants but until he sets standards that equate a civil debate and discussion. Debates are meant to be informative and also a way to critically examine the ideas. Thats not happening. The discussion alone because of it's taboo nature is more than a good enough draw. The examination of the ideas is what is provacative. A discussion that deteriorates to personal attacks will also lead to a anything goes situation.

Most men saw their life spans cut severely short in previous eras. Now in this current era not only are we thought of disposable by the state but also disposable by those we would most cherish if we would be married our spouses. It sucks but maybe future males won't have to endure what alot of us have had to. They call most of us incels(involuntary celibates) we are considered of no value to society or even to women. My only question is why do feminists have hatred for anyone who was born male? Is it justified to hate someone for what they where born as? To be clear it is to establish whether or not 1. a actual crime is being committed and 2. whether or not the allegations against someone is true or not. Abuse of our legal system by false allegations for gain is to demean actual victims and creates an actual toxic environment where actual victims will not even be able to call for investigation of abuse they have received.

  30. Firstly I only use twitch to watch RazorFist or to support ShortFatOtaku. That being said I have money put back. Before the lockdown I would work 60 to 70 hours a week. I budgeted though like I only worked 40 hours a week. That being said I am very careful with my money. I have had instances in life where I didn't get to work as much as I wanted and I don't want to lose what I have worked for. I have people that depend on me and that takes priority. Thing is I'm not upset at this woman. She is just another shallow millennial who probably never has faced uncertainty in their future. Some people I am subscribed to have live streams with super chats and the like. Almost all of them ask those watching "not" to send super chats if they are financially struggling and heavily impacted by the lockdowns. I also think her outburst is a result from her loss of revenue. For the first time in her life she is realizing she may not be able to maintain her standard of living. She is finally facing uncertainty. As her revenue started drying up she just assumed it was cheap skates. She also didn't realize that right now only certain fields are open during this lockdown. A vast swath of the population would be working right now but there isn't work because the businesses are shut down. My advice to her start at least reading current events before you make a commentary on your subscribers.

Really the filers of DMCA should be held accountable for misuse of personal information outside the scope of a claim. I do agree that copy right and intellectual property rights should be respected. Credit should be given to the original content creators but if you use clips of small duration in the spirit of fair use isn't violating aforementioned rights. There should be stiffer penalties for filing false DMCA claims.

  46. False flagging DMCA can end in the false flagger being liable for damages both penalty reward and paying for the legal fees. Even if you hold a copyright claim to a video you can lose on the grounds of fair use if when you filed you didn't check to see if fair use was in play. Though I'm not certain if there are damages that can be brought against anyone for doxing. There should be regulation of this. For one thing even if you gain someone's information publishing private data seems a violation of someone's personal liberties. There really should be a penalty for that kind of thing but unfortuanately DMCA laws don't cover that. Then again how would anyone think someone would be dumb enough to misuse personal data gained in this way.

  49. Well to play devil's advocate maybe she intentionally did this because it gave her a out on doing a scheduled twitch stream. I mean if she didn't want to Twitch stream as a day job she probably thought eh we will throw out a number of subs as a goal for a Stream Schedule. Granted it is a bit much during this time but she might not have wanted the Stream to begin with. It just turned into bad optics. It's not like she is hurting for money and at the same time if she only wanted to do the Twitch streams as a from time to time thing a good way is set a goal of subs to meet first. Think about it the normal way of building up stream subs is indeed cultivate a following and over time if people love the content they subscribe. The thing is setting a sub goal just came off looking snarky and bad. Granted she looked pretty cringe doing it. I don't think it was because she wanted money. She was trying to passive aggressively pass on a stream schedule. If I am right the best thing for her to do is just say yo I'm only doing this from time to time and maybe in the future I may schedule streams we will see what develops. Remember the simps that love eye candy and probably were begging for her to stream on a regular schedule. Frankly that might be the case here. I personally wouldn't watch her twitch stream if she isnt playing a game or talking about games then I would probably pass anyways.
