@guinnmyahslaysstaymad Well, I know what it means, and I used it as intended.
Just remember, when you think things are against you-- it's probably You, and the world doesn't owe you acceptance. If You want to integrate into society-- then remember that it's YOU, who needs to adapt.
To insist that society must play along with your counter-culture position-- makes you seem arrogant, narcissistic, self-entitled and ridiculous. You're not the center of the universe and the world isn't going to reorganize itself to accommodate your subjective feelings, contrary to objective reality. You need to develop better coping mechanisms to deal with adversity, because not everyone is going to like you, or be accommodating.

The fact that the self-delete rates today are higher than they were prior to the implementation of affirmation-based treatment, and even after transition-- are nearly 40% higher than the general population, doesn't illustrate efficacious results, and on that basis I question the claims of the course of treatment being efficacious, as well as the ethics of those who endorse and perform those procedures.
The entire trans-activist ideological narrative is incoherent and falls into the realm of science-fiction, and pseudo-science-- and doesn't rise to the level of actual science
If 4 out of 10 parachutes fail, smart people wouldn't go skydiving, and it wouldn't be a surprise if those that did, went splat.
People with psych issues, so severe that they contemplate and attempt to self-delete-- aren't exactly well-balanced people, by default.

@KAnon-sl2lv Why do you believe that? It's demonstrably false. Both terms sex and gender originate from the Latin words Genus (meaning "Begin", "Birth", "Kind", "Race", "Gender") and sexus (meaning "sex", "Division", "Gender")
The only significant distinction between the two terms is that the etymology of “gender” pertains to the beginning of things, as can be plainly seen by the other English words that originate from "genus", such as “generic”, “genetic”, and “generate”, whilst “sex” is a scrupulously-literal translation of the Latin cognate “sexus”.

No, there are both physical and temperamental differences between males and females. They're not interchangeable widgets.

Way too many inappropriately and incorrectly conflate gender/sex (There are only 2 male/female) with 'Gender Roles' (Social construct which refers to the roles of males and females in society) and again with Personality traits and temperament (Neither of which is gender exclusive-- hence effeminate males, butch females and tomboys)-- as though they're synonymous, and they are Not.
All men are born male, all women are born female and neither are a social construct, feeling, fetish, persona or a costume

@firetube8288 Transphobe is a toothless cult term used to shut down speech, and seems to be used by you, for what the rest of the world refers to as common sense.
When men vote to eliminate women's rights by insisting they themselves are women, and that women need to just be quiet and take it, -- It looks like the ultimate display of misogyny.
Do you think women's showers, locker rooms, changing rooms, restrooms, sports leagues/teams, or prisons are designated as such based on a subjective gender identity claim, or perhaps it's based on biology?

@Maksie0 The Post conveyed criticisms alleged about two of those: “One study of Dutch children, in particular, assumed that subjects had ‘desisted’ purely because they stopped showing up to a gender identity clinic.” Although unnamed, the claim appears to be referring to Steensma et al. (2013), which followed up on 127 transgender kids. Of them: 47 said they were still transgender; 56 said they were no longer transgender (46 said so directly, 6 said so via their parents, and 4 more said so despite not participating in other aspects of the study); and 24 did not respond to the invitation to participate in the study or could not be located. Because all the medical services for transition are free in the Netherlands and because there is only one clinic providing those services, the researchers were able to check that none of the 24 had actually transitioned despite having the opportunity to do so. Steensma therefore reported that (80/127 =) 63% of the cases desisted. The alleged criticism is that one should not assume that the 24 who did not respond or could not be found were desisters. Regardless of whether one agrees with that, the irrelevance of claim is clearly seen simply by taking it to its own conclusion: When one excludes these 24, one simply finds a desistance rate of (56/103 =) 54% instead of 63%. That is, although numerically lower, it nonetheless supports the very same conclusion as before. The majority of kids cease to feel transgender when they get older.
