As it turns out, there's a prerequisite to being a woman-- and that's being born female, making the use of 'Cis' entirely irrelevant and useless.

  2. Surgery does nothing to alleviate the reality that people will recognize those who present as something they're not, because they're observant and live in an objective reality. If your identity requires that everyone in society affirm your sense of self, contrary to objective reality, and their participation in your LARP or cosplay is required to massage your feelings, then you better develop some better coping mechanisms to deal with the fact that the world doesn't owe you anything, and the vast majority of people reject the trans-activist ideological narrative, and that isn't going to change-- So-- considering that they're more accepted now than at any other time in history, yet continue to have a self-delete rate significantly higher than the general population-- the efficacy of a surgical approach doesn't appear to be the efficacious solution which curbs that... and moving forward with the notion that if only, everyone would just play along for their sake-- then I predict you're going to be severely disappointed.   3. There are no trans humans. There are males and females... That's it. They've gotten it totally wrong on gender. Gender, (there are 2 male, and female... that's it), refers to the sex assigned at birth and the social aspects of being male or female, respectively. Male and female are biological categories which are fixed and permanent. Then, they conflate gender and personality. Then, they conflate gender and gender roles. Then they conflate gender with sexual preference. Then, they conflate males with females, fact with fiction and men with women. Not all trans people suffer with dysphoria (OR, are the trans-activists saying that they all do?), but they all do have a way higher risk of self deleting than the rest of the of the general population, so I see it as a more pressing underlying issue to address, than a mere matter of cosmetics. The argument in favor of affirmative care is, if you don't let them transition that they'll self-delete. Well, they seem to do that even if you do let them transition, so as far as I'm concerned it's an invalid argument. Not having coping mechanisms to deal with the adversity one faces in life is a psych issue, that surgery doesn't alleviate-- which begs the questioning of affirmation-based treatment protocols, along with the ethics of those who do
