A woman is an adult, female, human-- and that state is permanent regardless of how elaborate the measures they take to alter their appearance. Gender refers to an individual's anatomical sex, or sexual assignment, and the cultural and social aspects of being male or female.  Male and Female are biological categories that are permanent states. A woman is an adult, female, human. A man is an adult, male, human. A woman cannot become a man, and a man cannot become a woman. The terms masculinity and femininity refer to traits or characteristics typically associated with being male or female, respectively.
