  1. Gender-- there are only 2 (Male and female). Too many are inappropriately conflating personality traits and temperament (Neither of which is gender exclusive-- hence effeminate males, butch females and tomboys) with gender. A woman isn't a personality, a social construct, a feeling, a sexual preference, or a costume that a man can just put on or take off-- She's an adult, human, female. As it turns out, there's a prerequisite to being a woman-- and that's being born female, making the use of 'Cis' entirely irrelevant and useless.
